Abstract

Until now, Islamic banking has experienced growth marked by an increase in total assets, financing, and DPK. This growth is closely tied to the performance of Islamic banks, including Bank BTPN Syariah which has seen an increase in total assets, financing, and DPK. However, this development has still not increased the market share of Islamic banking. There are many factors that can influence people's decisions such as income, knowledge, religiosity, and product quality. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of income, knowledge, religiosity, and product quality on the decision to take financing, focusing on the residents of Bandung City. This study employs a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis method uses logistic regression analysis with SPSS software. The research results that the income variable does not have a significant impact. Meanwhile knowledge, religiosity, and product quality variables have a significant impact on the decision of Bandung City residents to take financing.
